Mistake #5 – They follow the same old routine day in and day out.
I know most of you think that to workout correctly you should be doing the same thing over and over again. While you should be exercising using similar exercises you shouldn’t be doing the exact same thing every time you train. In order to maximize your results with kettlebell training you need to always do a little bit more than you did last time. What I mean is if you didn’t add at least a rep to your routine on each exercise then you are stagnating or worse slipping bavckwards. This is why it is so important to use a program that has a system of tracking your progress one day at a time. With Kettlebell X Training we use a method of tracking your total reps or TR. When your TR goes op during each kettlebell training session then you know that you are getting better and that results are happening. Once you reach your TR on each exercise for the beginner program all you do is start up on the intermediate program, it’s that easy. You just follow along, provide the effort and track your TR and viola kettlebell training simplified.
